Graduated at Politecnico di Milano in chemical engineering. After an experience in Liquichimica and Gargano Impianti, he moved to England, at the research laboratories of Procter & Gamble, and then returned to Italy as quality manager of Gillette.

He is the founder of ICQ (Istituto Certificazione Qualità). In 1991 ICQ acquires the Italian Institute of Toy Safety, becoming leader in Italy. The activity expands also abroad (Hong Kong, USA, Tunisia and India) and becomes a group of 400 technicians in the world. In 2012 he sold ICQ HOLDING to the American company UL, remaining as Worldwide Vice President until 2017.
