Orazio Di Miscia is the chief investment officer of Larry, a Falck family office. A BA in Economics and Banking from the University of Siena, a PhD in Applied Statistics from Florence, Italy, and a post-doc at the University of Aarhus, Denmark, Di Miscia began his career in the financial sector in 1998, in various investment banks. It was in 2008 that he moved to the insurance sector, first as head of investment strategy at Axa-Mps, then at PosteVita Group, as head of Asset Liability Management, asset allocation and liquid investment portfolio management, launching the insurance portfolio diversification program and overseeing the selection of global multi-asset mandates. Before joining Larry, he was head of research, asset allocation and fund selection at Banco Posta Fondi SGR, where he defined the fund selection process and the process for macroeconomic and financial scenarios for the Poste Italiane group.
