Paolo Ferrario, born in Bergamo in 1971 and graduated in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, has thirty years of experience in the management of industrial companies, management consulting and Private Equity. He is currently Managing Director of Innova Investments S.r.l., Innova Club1 S.p.A. and Senior Director of the Xenon Private Equity fund. In his professional career he has held key roles in several companies, including Chairman of Burke & Burke S.p.A. (2021-2023), Partner at Solar Investment Group BV (2013-2015) and Director at Capital Dynamics (2009-2013). He founded Augent Partners, an advisory firm in the private equity sector, and was Promoter and CEO of Innova Italy 1 S.p.A., a SPAC listed on AIM with an endowment of EUR 100m. His career also includes significant experience in Hewlett Packard Company and prestigious international consulting firms, as well as a background in operational improvement and corporate performance management.
