Paolo graduated in Energy and Nuclear Engineering in Turin, MBA from Columbia Business School. He started as Energy Specialist at Fenice Spa in Turin; in 2008 he joined McKinsey & Company in Milan and, from 2011, he continued his journey in the Chicago office, where he was elected Partner in 2016. In 2020 he became Chief Operating Officer of MBA Building Supplies where he is responsible for 4 production plants, the sales team, and the company’s digital transformation.
