Graduated in Energy and Nuclear Engineering in Turin, MBA at Columbia Business School. Paolo started as Energy Specialist at Fenica Spa in Turin; after that, he entered the consulting world as Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in Milan and, after an experience at NewWorld Capital Group in New York, he returned to McKinsey as Partner in Chicago where he remained for 9 years. He then became COO of MBA Building Supplies in Illinois where he was responsible for over 300 employees and the company’s digital transformation.
