Renate holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bologna and is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor in Merano, where her business office is located. She mainly advises companies, and for years has been a member of Boards of Directors and Boards of Auditors of important companies in her area (Province of Bolzano, Province of Trento). A partner in Doorway Srl and an Angels4Women Associate since 2019, she has made more than 10 investments in startups and scaleups, with experience in the food, hospitality, smart city, and energy sectors. She is also a mentor for start-ups in South Tyrol at the NOI Techpark in Bolzano (South Tyrol’s innovation hub).
