An engineer with a double degree from Politecnico di Milano and ParisTech – École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées, Salvatore worked for 15 years for General Electric in the Oil and Gas, Capital and Healthcare business units, holding positions as Director of Operations and Six Sigma Master Black belt. In 2012 he joined the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked extensively with industrial clients to improve business efficiency and effectiveness. Today, he is a core member of BCG’s Operations and People & Organisation practices, with a focus on service operations.
