Silvia is currently Managing Director in the Investment Banking area of Equita. Born in Turin and graduated in Economics, she has been working in Milan since 1994. After the first years in JP Morgan and BNP Paribas, in 1997 she moved to Euromobiliare, renamed Equita in 2008, where she held various positions: Sales for 13 years on the Italian stock market for Italian and foreign institutional clients, Head of Internal Audit for 5 years and, since 2016, Head of Corporate Broking and Head of Syndicate. In the latter role, in collaboration with the Equity Capital Market team, she followed several companies in the process of listing (on the Regulated Market or AIM), which she continued to assist in the daily relations with investors or in any extraordinary transactions (such as tender offers and capital increases). Silvia also collaborates with the Debt Capital Market team for bond issues of listed issuers.
