Silvio Musso is a manager and advisor with extensive experience in strategy, finance, organisation, technology and PMO, gained in both large groups and SMEs, operating in Italy and abroad in diverse fields such as automotive, aerospace, fashion, food, real estate and industrial equipment. Since 2013, he has been active in the restructuring sector as CEO, CRO, liquidator or advisor, leading complex industrial and financial plans. He is a member of the Board of Directors, also as an independent director, often involved in generational transitions or industrial relaunches. Since 2012, he has been a partner and vice-president of IC & Partners, a consulting firm for the internationalisation of Italian companies, present in 20 countries with 30 offices and approximately 300 employees. Previously, he founded IP & Partners, with which he supported groups such as Ferrero and Capitalia, as well as numerous SMEs, in restructuring, strategic development and start-up projects. He was CEO of Fiat Gesco (Fiat Services) from 2004 to 2005 and spent almost 20 years at Andersen Consulting/Accenture, eventually becoming a partner and developing the international practice in BPO and turnaround. He has contributed to publications on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy reforms.
