A member of the Turin Bar since 2007, Stefano is also a professor of corporate governance at the Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC University and of business law at the University of Turin. He holds a PhD in ‘Corporate and Financial Market Law’ from the University of Bologna and was a visiting researcher at Yale Law School. Since 2021, he has been a partner in the firm Leading Law Notai e Avvocati and is one of the coordinators of the start-up & innovation team that assists various start-ups, business angels, club deals, startup studios, venture builders in venture capital transactions. He invests particularly in start-ups that he accompanies on their strategic growth path.
