He graduated in Economics from La Sapienza in Rome and was Head of the Economic Department of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and then Secretary General of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. In 1997 he became City Manager of Milan and after three years became General Manager of Confindustria. From 2004 he was Managing Director of Fastweb until 2012, when he founded Chili TV, of which he was Chairman until 2016. A former Business Angel, after a career in politics, he is now back as an entrepreneur and investor.
