Graduated in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Stefano started his career in investment banking as an M&A Analyst in Milan at Compass Rondelli Advisers, an M&A boutique. Subsequently, he continued his career in the M&A and Corporate Development departments of several multinationals in various countries: Ariston Group in Milan, Japan Tobacco International in Geneva (Switzerland) and Hong Kong, and Holcim in Zug (Switzerland). Since September 2023, he has been M&A Director – MENA at EY’s Dubai office, where he advises mainly sovereign wealth funds, family offices and conglomerates in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. In addition, Stefano is the founder of ServPic, a lifestyle brand of pickleball rackets, and a mentor at Ignyte and Abu Dhabi SME Hub, two semi-governmental associations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi that support aspiring entrepreneurs and startups. He is also a member of the GCC Board Directors Institute and the Swiss Institute of Directors.
