Stefano has a degree in Economics from the University of Turin, including an exchange programme at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS). He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting. At Boston Consulting Group, he served as Managing Director & Partner for the Financial Institutions sector in Italy, Greece, Turkey and Israel. In 2023 he joined Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading international firm in executive search and leadership advisory services. For the Italian office he leads the team dedicated to the Financial Services sector (banking, insurance, private equity) and works closely with industry leaders to recruit talent, develop management and board teams, and foster the organisational and cultural transformation of companies.
