Paolo is an executive with 20+ years of experience in digital and e-commerce. He spent his career in several different digital industries working for start-ups and large enterprises in Italy and abroad. His first experience in a digital company was in 1999 with Jobline, a Swedish online recruiting company then bought by Monster.com, where he was Online Marketing Manager. In 2005 he was part of the launch of Monclick, an Italian online retailer, as Head of Marketing and Content. In 2012 joined Bravofly (today Lastminute.com) where he acted as Head of UX dealing with product and marketing. In 2015 joined the just born online wealth management company Euclidea as Chief Marketing Officer, after a brief period in Replay Jeans as E-commerce Director. In 2018 moved to Luxembourg to work as Head of Growth Marketing at Hubzu.com, the second largest player in the US real estate online auction marketplace. He co-founded Blue of a Kind in 2017, an Italian apparel company focused on upcycling and sustainability. In 2020 he also acted as Marketing Advisor for Treedom, the largest online platform for planting trees in Europe, and LuxAI, a leading company in robotics for helping autistic children. He’s currently Founder & CMO at Kaaja the one and only real estate online auction company in Italy.
