Driven by an eclecticism and a passion for technology that run through everything he does, Gabriel has built a professional and academic career that embodies the intersection of law, innovation and finance.

His journey began with an honours degree in Law from Bocconi University, continuing with a Master’s degree in Compliance of Financial Institutions at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. He then continued his academic activity by undertaking a PhD in Corporate Law at the University of Pavia.

In his academic career, Gabriel is also a Cultore della Materia in Emerging Technologies Law and in Financial Markets Law at the University of Bergamo, as well as in Business Law and Financial Regulation at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Parallel to his academic career, Gabriel immersed himself in the professional world with a particular focus on finance and investment funds.

Always committed to social issues, he has held numerous positions as a communications and innovation consultant for cooperatives, networks and associations.
