Graduated in Economics at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, he started his career in consulting, first in E&Y and then in Deloitte, where he specialized in the Financial Services sector managing projects in the main Italian banking groups. In 2008 he joined Barclays to participate in the launch of the retail network in Italy. In the same period, he began his entrepreneurial activity in the food world, first in the wine trade in Asia, then founding Prodromo Srl, a company that develops McDonald’s franchising in the Trieste area. In 2018, on the proposal of McDonald’s, he took over the shares of the joint venture of the restaurants in the Turin area and today he is CEO of Smart Srl, a company that manages 15 McDonald’s branded restaurants with over 500 employees and more than 33 million euros in sales. Passionate about process innovation, he loves cycling, skiing and wine.
