He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Vito embarked on his career within several banks (Banca Popolare di Verona, Gestielle SpA, and others), dealing in securities brokerage and equity fund trading and hedging. He then became Head of the Administration and Finance Function of Investor Relator at Gruppo I viaggi del Ventaglio. Since 2010 he has been an arbitrator and Consultant in Financial Arbitration and has been involved in qualified professional collaborations in the field of extraordinary finance and strategic finance.
