Since graduating with Honors in Economics, Zeno has been actively involved in the PE and VC ecosystem, starting as a market and research analyst at LINKS Foundation (Compagnia di San Paolo), where he supported the startup ecosystem stemming from the Politecnico di Torino and contributed to the investment and analysis processes of key players such as Intesa Sanpaolo (Neva Finventures and Direzione Innovazione) and the Innovation Center.

Continuing his journey, Zeno joined the Club degli Investitori, in late 2019, and over the past years, has contributed to the growth is the Club, taking care of the entire deal flow and analysis process, involving the evaluation of more than 4000 startups, direct interactions with over 1000 entrepreneurs, and the facilitation of over 20 investments per year across various stages and industries.

Both Italian and American, Zeno lived and studied abroad in the United States, cultivating his passion for sports as a semi-professional tennis player on a sports scholarship at Utah State University. He now has fun playing golf, skiing, moutain-biking and enjoying the outdoors.
